Service
KMG Events offers a rental service for your events. An inventory will be made before and after the function, thus avoiding any dispute. Breakage will be invoiced as additional.
Any rental, unless otherwise agreed between the parties, implies acceptance by the customer of the general rental conditions below.

Pricing
The prices are inclusive of all taxes and excluding transport. The date and time for returning the equipment are imperative and any delay will be billed at the current rate.

Reservation
It is necessary to book as soon as possible and immediately done, your reservation will be taken into account after confirmation from our service and receipt of a deposit equivalent to 50% of the amount of the order.
You must confirm the final number at least 48 hours in advance. After this period, it will no longer be possible for us to modify your order.

Rules
Our payment conditions are as follows: A 50% deposit will be requested when booking the equipment and the balance is payable when the equipment is made available.

Cancellation
The cancellation of an order will be subject to a penalty equivalent to at least 10% of the amount of the order.

Use / Repair / Non-return
The customer agrees to use the rented equipment in accordance with their usual destination and to do nothing or allow anything to be done that could damage them. In particular, it will provide the necessary electrical installation with power, in accordance with the regulations in force. The customer certifies that he is able to use the leased equipment himself or through duly qualified authorized persons. No modification or transformation can be made to the rented equipment.
Throughout the period of provision, the customer is required to ensure maintenance of the rented equipment and to protect them against any degradation: vandalism, overload, bad weather, wind, rain, frost, etc.
The customer is not entitled to any compensation in the event of an interruption in the operation of the rented equipment. Missing or broken equipment will be billed to the customer at the current replacement rate.
KMG Events declines all responsibility for any accidents that may occur during the use of the equipment.

Liability
Responsibility and the safe keeping of material and legal custody of the rented equipment are transferred when they are made available. The customer assumes this custody under his full and sole responsibility.
No complaint from the customer will be admissible beyond 24 hours after the service provided by the lessor.

Provision of rented equipment
A contradictory inventory will be carried out when the rented equipment is made available and returned. The customer is required to attend in order to sign this inventory. If the customer does not mention any comments on the receipt, it is then deemed to be in good working order, presentation, maintenance, and in order with the standards of hygiene and security in effect.
The returned equipment must be sorted, stored and returned to the delivery packaging, failing which the contradictory inventory would be carried out in our warehouses. In the absence of a signature, no dispute will be accepted and only the inventory of the lessor shall prevail. The materials will only be considered returned after having been the subject of a contradictory inventory or, in the event of refusal by the client, ordering an inventory on the part of the lessor alone.

Transport
We provide delivery service.
Travel is billed extra.
The price will be applied for delivery and collection according to the marking scheme in force. Any handling not provided for in the initial estimate and any waiting time will be subject to additional invoicing.

Retention of property
The rented equipment remains the entire property of the lessor and the lessee is prohibited from allowing it to be seized by one of his creditors.

Jurisdiction
In the event of a dispute, the courts and tribunals are the only ones competent to settle any disputes.
